Am back in action!

I had a good vacation, even though I had to cancel my cruise trip. I still regard it as good for I had the rest I needed, spent the time the way I wanted it to be. In short, it worked out fine. I came to work today with mixed emotions. I felt tinges of sadness, envy, happy, disorientated all rolled into one. Why you may ask? Sad cos I have to part from my beloved again for an unknown period of time after a week together. When one is happy, time does fly. Envious and happy because of the upgrade of several ex-colleagues in their professional lives and yet here I am stuck in a rut. Disorientated, you would have guessed. From the one week of bliss and now coming back to face a tirade of paperwork and e-mails to attend to. Life is a myriad of experiences. We can either regret or rejoice. I chose the latter. I am now back in action and tomorrow I will be up and roaring.. ya!

Hello lady
Glad to know you are back in action. How was the cruise and where did you go? DO tell. I've been busy but what else is new? Being stuck in a rut is sometimes good; then you start thinking what is wrong and decide to make a change.

Ouch... the cruise was cancelled as it was constantly pouring the few days I was there. Being stuck in a rut is no longer good due to the fact that the feelings can 'eat' into the soul. I have to constantly remind myself not to get carried away and always to keep my head above water. It is not going to be fair to any other organization that I may joined later, for I may bring along such undesirable feelings with me. Change is not coming as I expected but thanks for the thought
